Cap Solidaire - The "Regatta" CSR Challenge Group activity

A CSR Serious Game based on a virtual regatta punctuated by enigmas on the environment!

Your objective will be to solve riddles as a team in order to analyse and understand the challenges of CSR.

In the face of current societal challenges, raising awareness of CSR among your employees is essential in the deployment of your company's strategy. But how to tackle these subjects without overwhelming them with information? through a collaborative and committed game!

By taking part in the CapSo Islands Solidarity Regatta, your employees will sail in order to better understand the issues related to Sustainable Development.

Accompanied by Alex, our responsible skipper, set off to explore CSR.

SYNOPSIS

To do this, you will sail from the Cap-So Village towards the annual solidarity regatta. The race is full of challenges that your crew must overcome to reach the end, avoid the traps and score as many points as possible.

Throughout this maritime journey, you will obtain the keys to a better understanding of CSR, the pitfalls to avoid and the opportunities to seize.

When you cross the finish line, you will win a prize that will be donated to an association. But, above all, this prize will be an accomplishment through the understanding of CSR issues and an awareness of a committed future.

The team that best answers the questions and puzzles will be elected "best committed team".

A serious game on current societal issues to approach this rich, complex but above all contemporary theme in a relaxed manner.

Play and support an association!

You play responsibly: whether all the teams represent the same association or each team becomes the standard-bearer of a different association, part of the total sum of this team building (10%) is donated to the association of your choice (among our partner associations).

This association aims to fight against global warming.
