The workshops can be done on different themes:

- Discovery and tasting of several cheeses from different regions, countries, textures, milks and French farm production.

- Matching workshop (cheese/wine). a selection of wines for each cheese.

- Simple recipes, cheese-fruit pairing, cheese-vegetable pairing, cheese conservation, preparation of a cheese platter...
