Discover beekeeping in the heart of a Parisian suburb!

- Visit the apiary: Take part in the opening of a hive and visit a colony of bees in the heart of a city, learn how to recognise them and their way of life, how honey is made, how and why they collect pollen and propolis. What properties and uses do they have for humans? How can everyone contribute to their preservation?

- Visit the honey house: How is honey extracted? Participate in the artisanal extraction of honey step by step.

Contents: learn about the biology and life of bees, the work of the beekeeper in the hive and in the honey house, the different stages of honey production.

Participants leave with: a 125g jar of honey

Au fur et à mesure des années, et en lien direct avec son identité apicole, elle cultive d'autres champs des possibles, notamment sa fonction agricole en ville, son modèle économique solidaire, son rôle social et culturel, sa démarche pédagogique et son questionnement sur l'environnement et l'aménagement des territoires.
