Introduction to indoor Padel - Team Building Format Group activity

Try your hand at Padel with your colleagues in Sainte-Marie!

What if we offered you a sporty and fun team building around the sport that has been conquering the whole of Reunion Island for a few years now?

In Sainte-Marie, a completely renovated building of 1500m² entirely covered, offers you 4 padel tennis courts!

Content of the session :

- An introduction to the history of Padel and its practice

- A moment of "free play

- A fun mini-tournament

All of this with the presence of a Club supervisor!

typical schedule for the day - With lunch

Schedules: 9.45 am to 3.00 pm including our lunch, coaching, court hire, equipment loan and the organisation of a tournament

Privatization of the place

09H45: Welcome, coffee, briefing

10H00: Beginning of the initiation supervised by padel teachers

12H00: Lunch break

13H15: Start of the tournament

15H00: End of the tournament, prize giving

Of course, we can adapt this program according to your preferences (half day only...)

What is Padel?

a cross between tennis and squash, it is often played in doubles on screened or glazed courts. Fun and friendly, padel is above all a sport accessible to all.

Padel is the synthesis of several racket games: tennis, squash, table tennis and Basque pelota. It is derived from tennis and is played on a smaller court, framed by walls and fences.
