Orienteering workshop - Team building in the middle of nature Group activity

A day in the middle of nowhere, in the Ile-de-France or in Burgundy, to discover orienteering and learn about this survival event.

During a great day of Team Building, you will be initiated to the great techniques of orientation.

Whether it is with map and compass or without, at the end of your mini training, you will be able to find your way in space! And not to get lost in nature.

With simple and effective gestures, you will be able to find your way on a map and take a course. Orientation will no longer hold any secrets for you. Supervised by a pillar of the sector, you will be reassured about your ability to find the four cardinal points and your ability to make the right decisions to reach your landmarks.

Unusual and atypical for a company event!

Locations: DORDOGNE or IDF

In one of the wildest corners of France! In the heart of a nature still preserved and alive, you will learn to orientate yourself with all modern methods (map and compass) but also with the clues that nature will reveal to you. In the middle of the countryside, in a shady clearing, you will be initiated to the right techniques by one of the French referents of this know-how.

ORIENTATION can be learned!

We will be there to help you improve, master the basic techniques and give you our tips and know-how. Our advice, adapted to the different types of environments, will help you work on your "sense of direction". As a real coaching, you will also learn to manage your stress by giving you the keys to develop a good strategy.

Typical schedule :

9.30 am: Welcome of participants and presentation of the workshop

9.45am: Start of the learning process with various methods (depending on the weather and the wishes of each participant)

12:00: Lunch break and exchange of experiences

1pm: Resumption of learning

18h: End of the workshop

(We are fully aware that one day will not be enough to understand and master all the techniques. Nevertheless, you will see the basics and tips to reproduce the right gestures at home, alone).
