The aim is simple: to strengthen cohesion and team spirit while challenging yourself physically.
The team of coaches will do everything in their power to ensure that each participant leaves feeling motivated and revitalised, with a stronger sense of belonging to the company.

More than just a morning of sport, it's about creating a moment of exchange and sharing where each participant feels supported and encouraged, and where teams discover each other in a new light.
The activities have been designed to encourage team spirit, mutual trust and solidarity.
Typical half-day programme AND description of activities :
1. Welcome of participants and presentation of the programme
○ Allocation of groups and explanation of the day's objectives (cohesion, surpassing oneself and sharing).
2. Sports activities (30 minutes per workshop):
○ Activity 1: RPM
An intense cycling class where each participant motivates themselves within a virtual peloton. The aim? Boost endurance as a group and push everyone to give their best, while keeping in line with the group's pace.
○ Activity 2: PRIMAL muscle-strengthening circuit
This activity focuses on exercises in pairs or small teams, highlighting the need to help each other achieve objectives. Ideal for fostering a spirit of solidarity and mutual support.
○ Activity 3: Body Balance class
A harmonious blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, this session ends on a soothing note while consolidating the bonds created during the other activities.
3. Healthy and convivial meal
○ A light, organic lunch designed to recharge participants after exercise, and offer them a moment of simple sharing.

At Stand Up Fitness in l'Hermitage.
Food and drink
Take advantage of Victoria Green, the venue's food truck, specialising in healthy, organic and energising cuisine. Depending on the format of your event, we can offer you different types of cuisine (healthy, Creole, other...)
For the usual formula, we offer a balanced lunch, designed to combine pleasure, well-being, and conviviality:
●Choice of starter: Mediterranean-style Quinoa salad / Savoury tart with sunny vegetables (aubergine, tomato, feta)
● Main course : Wholemeal rice, duo of roasted sweet potatoes (orange and violet), beluga lentils, lemon-ginger roast chicken breast
● Choice of dessert: Chia porridge with fresh fruit / Maison Delisle Vegan Péi sorbet (flavours: chouchou-geranium, pitaya-strawberry, or José mango)
● Drinks: Fresh fruit juice, Still water / Sparkling water.
The values
Rather than customising each activity, we have designed an overall programme that aims to push each group to excel together, in good humour. The activities encourage collaboration and synchronisation of effort, while stimulating individual motivation.
In particular:
● Cardio-training (RPM) will enable participants to feel the energy of the group and push themselves together, with each pedal stroke becoming a step towards a collective goal.
● Strength training on the PRIMAL plateau will focus on mutual help and support, with exercises that require good coordination and cooperation between members.
● The Body Balance class will offer a moment of relaxation and concentration, ideal for synchronising minds after physical challenges, and encouraging shared relaxation.
