The groups have to make a menu with as little waste as possible within the time limit. Using the basket provided.
A bag is provided for each team for the waste and at the end of the workshop, the team with the least filled bag wins.
This is followed by :
- Setting up the kitchen and making the recipes with the chef's advice and tips to waste as little as possible
- Weighing of the bins and designation of the winning team
- Aperitif and tasting of the recipes + glass of wine / beer / soft drinks
