Who is she? Anna Yogita

A yoga teacher, who is also a perinatal naturopath, will offer you several sessions throughout the day. Anna is a globetrotter. After training in Paris, she graduated in India.

Today, she has the pleasure of running yoga stands at your group events at the end of each year. She is also a regular speaker at corporate events.

Types of yoga available :

1- Children's yoga: From the age of 2 up to 10.

Objective: to help children concentrate, memorise and manage their emotions. It's a fun, educational activity that's completely adapted to children.

Procedure: we tell a story with postures, breathing and a little relaxation.

2- Chair yoga :

Aim: to relax the neck, shoulders and back. Ideal for beginners and for practising yoga without the fear of putting yourself on stage.

It's popular with everyone because people can repeat the movements at home or at work afterwards.

How it works: each participant sits on a chair and yoga movements and breathing are suggested. The chair is a support that makes the practice accessible to everyone.

All levels, varying intensity according to possibilities.

3- Gentle yoga and massage

Aim: to relieve tension, stretch deeply and pamper yourself.

Programme: A very gentle, restorative yoga session that allows you to stretch deeply and receive a massage during the posture (back, shoulder, hands, etc.).

All levels

4- Yoga accro dynamique detox

Objective: have fun, challenge yourself, explore your limits, detoxify.

Programme: yoga practice focused on exploring balance, more acrobatic postures and those with more intensity.

5- Gentle yoga - de-stress:

Aim: to relax, loosen up the nervous system and learn various stress management techniques.

Programme: breathing and short key sequences to help you find calm at all times. A global practice that helps us to feel better during the day and to release mental tension.

6- Yoga for post-meal digestion

Objective: to help digestion and blood circulation and take a little break after a meal.

Programme: gentle yoga practices focusing on the lower body to help the body digest better.

7- Facial yoga and self-massage

Objective: relax, take care of yourself and release tension in the face, neck and nape of the neck.

Programme: facial yoga, self-massage of the hands, face, neck and skull. A moment of calm and comfort to relax as much as possible.

Possible formats:

- In-company session: Offer one or more yoga sessions directly on your premises, as part of a wellness day.

- Yoga stand on your group day: Fun day / Wellness day / Christmas tree

As a yoga teacher for both children and adults, she can offer you several sessions over the course of the day!

On Christmas days, for example, Anna can alternate sessions for children with sessions for adults.
