The Cloître des Cordeliers has a 200m² modular room with a contemporary design and natural daylight, overlooking large gardens in the heart of its historic site.

A few words about this venue

The Cloître des Cordeliers site is famous for its underground galleries, which are the result of the extraction of stones used in the construction of Saint-Emilion and certain districts of Bordeaux. Stretching for 3 km, they run beneath the city of Saint-émilion and the vineyards of various châteaux. Located at a depth of 20 metres, they offer a constant temperature of 12°C in both summer and winter, and total darkness, ideal for ageing our house wines, which have been made using the traditional method since 1892. You can visit our cellars and underground galleries to discover the underside of the medieval town of Saint-Emilion and understand our original method of making sparkling wines.
