Organise your seminars and team-building events at "Paysan Urbain", an agro-ecological, urban venue in the heart of Paris, in the 20th arrondissement!

Here, you can combine seminars and team building, work and fun, by offering your staff the following format, for example:

• Welcome breakfast
• Morning seminar (OR CSR Team Building activity)
• Local organic and vegetarian lunch: Directly delivered to the farm (zero waste) or on site at the restaurant (10 min walk from the farm).
• Visit to the farm: Discovery of the Charonne site, its history and tasting of micro pods.
• Master senses: Taste test of microgreens and olfactory test of herbal teas
• The vegetable garden game: cooperative board game
• End of the day. Conclusion and distribution of goodies.

What is the "Paysan Urbain"?

Le Paysan Urbain is an association set up in 2015 to promote responsible urban agriculture as part of the social and solidarity economy.

We produce micro-pods as well as strawberries, aromatic plants, herbal teas, edible flowers and leaves and flowers for cutting locally.

We create social links and raise public awareness of the need to protect living things, by running educational workshops for local 2schools and associations.

As a social integration project, we are currently supporting 23 people who have had little or no contact with the world of employment on a career path leading to qualifications.

We are creating natural living environments and landscaping our garden to make it a haven for biodiversity.

By taking part in our team-building days, you are supporting our educational activities for local schoolchildren.

Take a blindfolded tour to discover the wonders of the garden. By being deprived of one of your senses, you can enhance your perception of the other 4! A meditative and immersive experience.

Blindfolded, you will have to work as a team to identify what you taste or smell! This game combines team-building and micrograin tasting.

Discover a phase in the production of our herbal teas according to our needs. Harvesting, pruning, drying or blending.

We create our workshops in-house to raise ecological awareness and create real moments of togetherness and discovery.
