A dancer in traditional dress will immerse you in the Balinese atmosphere with her warrior dances from Bali or the more noble and slower dances from Java. In a hushed atmosphere, the sound of the gamelan punctuates the dance steps and takes you on a journey to the heart of the soul of Bali.

It all began with my father, A.M. HANAFI.
A minister and then ambassador under Sukarno, my father was "de facto" exiled with his family after Suharto's coup d'état in 1965, during his 33 years in power.
Created in 1985, an Indonesian embassy of a different kind was resolutely devoted to promoting Indonesia through its culture and above all its cuisine: the Indonesian restaurant DJAKARTA BALI was born.
