Food market, large events hall, festive village... you name it, in this incredible venue on the outskirts of Paris!

That's the advantage of these new venues with their thousand and one spaces, where you can organise a business meeting just before a big party. Or a team-building event just before a cocktail reception.

Dock B covers 1,200m² of raw space on the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq. It's a hybrid, innovative space where culinary, cultural and community life are intertwined on a daily basis, a place where artistic, creative, playful and tasty pleasures come together.

Dock B has 2 levels: on the ground floor is the main deck, a 283 m² modular space with an atypical, antique decor. It's the ideal place for private parties, cocktail parties, sit-down lunches and dinners, with an innovative catering concept thanks to three food counters and a cocktail bar.

upstairs, the upper deck offers a breathtaking view of the Canal de l'Ourcq from the mezzanine. It also serves the Carré, a 100m² space ideal for meetings or workshops.

Finally, l'Esquive is a 250m² raw warehouse that runs alongside the Canal de l'Ourcq.

The venue can accommodate up to 740 people in cocktail format. Thanks to its decor combining unusual objects and designer creations, the atmosphere is warm and inspiring.

Its monumental windows open onto a forecourt that extends the ambience of the interior to the outside, facing the Place de la Pointe and offering unparalleled views. Both indoors and on the terrace, the space is bathed in generous light at all times of year.

It's a unique space that's perfect for projects of any scale.

The expertise of our teams in both the culinary side of things, with the two food counters, and in the entertainment programming are all good ingredients for successful events.

Caterer : GUSTU

Gustu is the brainchild of a Corsican gourmet, Christophe Poligani.

His aim is to showcase the fine and rare products, specialities and flavours of Corsica and the Mediterranean region through the passionate craftsmen with whom he works hand in hand. A caterer with a strong identity, it takes its inspiration from the trattorias of the 1950s and offers a generous range of quality dishes.

We always use local, seasonal produce. We offer a range of formats: coffee receptions, tea parties, and cocktail lunches or dinners.
