The Usine Té is a restored former factory. The historic elements of the structure have been preserved in order to retain its industrial style (glass roofs, exposed beams and metal structures).the addition of a rich, lush plant decoration (tree-lined terraces and plant structures) completes the atypical atmosphere.

The different areas :

The Atrium - 540m²

A central space, the Atrium offers a unique atmosphere. Its "industrial loft" feel, with exposed beams and plant decoration, means it can be used in a variety of ways, particularly on the mezzanine floor.

Capacity: 280 to 600 guests.

The Club - 75m²

Solid wood tables, large sofas, a bookcase with removable ladders and a hanging planter give the Club a warm, intimate feel, ideal for brainstorming sessions and small meetings.

Capacity: 15 to 25 guests.

L'Officine - 50m²

As a tribute to the history of the premises, L'Officine offers an original setting for your cocktails. Craft furniture, test tubes, dame Jeanne and apothecary bottles create a décor reminiscent of the old pharmaceutical laboratories.

Capacity: 30 to 40 guests.

Le Jardin d'Hiver - 200m² (Winter Garden)

This area has its own entrance, private terrace and direct access to the first floor. Its wooden cladding and tropical hothouse-style décor provide plenty of natural light.

Capacity: From 70 to 220 guests.

Menier, Dorvault, l'Atelier and Saulnier

4 spacious function rooms for seminars and conventions. The original glass roofs bathe the rooms in soft natural light, accentuated by the green of the roof beams.

The venue also has its own catering service. Owned by Té traiteur, with a menu signed by Chef Thierry Marx, you can opt for a highly qualified catering service that travels anywhere in the Paris region.
