La Fabrique République and its two modular 350m² levels. Each has been designed by our team in collaboration with architects to be the perfect venue for business days and evening events alike!

THE SPACES

The Workshop - Ground floor

On the ground floor, the 220m² Atelier can be used for business events or evenings out until 5am in a more festive atmosphere.

The Mini Boutik

The Mini Boutik offers a large bay window in a refined setting. The wooden floor adds a warm atmosphere.

Fully equipped, it's the perfect place to bring partners or colleagues together for meetings or seminars.

La Verrière - 1st floor

Located on the first floor, La Verrière offers you a truly tailor-made 180m² space that can be adapted to suit all kinds of events.

U-shaped meeting: 40 people

The Bistrot and its terrace

both intimate and cocooning, the Bistrot can accommodate 15 people for a conference and 30 people for a cocktail.
