Organise your next company meeting or corporate evening in the heart of this Republic space. With 700m² spread over 2 floors, offering a maximum capacity of 400 people in cocktail format, 300 people in conference format and 200 people in U-shaped meeting format.

The Fabrique République and its two modular levels of 350m². Each one has been designed by our team in collaboration with architects to be a perfect place for professional days and beautiful evenings!

THE SPACES

The Workshop - Ground floor

On the ground floor, the 220m² Workshop is ideal for business events or parties until 5am in a more festive atmosphere.

with its industrial spirit, the room is adaptable and modular for all your events.

U-shaped meeting: 50 people

La Verrière - 1st floor

Located on the first floor, the Verrière welcomes you in a real made-to-measure space of 180m² which can be adapted and modulated for all kinds of events.

Conference format: 140 people

U-shaped meeting: 40 people

The Bistrot and its terrace

both intimate and cocooning, the Bistrot can accommodate 30 people standing and 10 seated for the banquet.

The Mini Boutik

The Mini Boutik offers a large bay window in a refined setting. The wooden floor provides a warm atmosphere.

Fully equipped, the place is perfect to gather partners or collaborators for meetings or seminars.
