HOBA - Third-party event venue in a Parisian park Venue

In the heart of the eco-designed Martin Luther King Park and committed to the theme of sustainability, HOBA offers you the chance to escape for a day or an evening in the heart of the new Pont Cardinet district of Paris, in the 17th arrondissement.

Surprise your colleagues with this place of crazy modernity but which has a very old history since it was a metallurgy factory.

THE SPACES

All year round, we offer our space the BA, a former 19th century forge renovated for the project. It consists of a 200m² ground floor, a terrace in the heart of the Martin Luther King Park (open during the park's opening hours) and a 50m² basement room.

This space is furnished with tables and chairs and equipped with VP, roll-up screen, microphones and sound system, high-speed Wifi and can accommodate cocktail parties up to 150 people, seated conferences up to 80 people and workshops up to 60 people.

In summer, we also offer the HO terrace for total or partial privatisation. This is the panoramic Belvedere terrace, which overlooks the park and offers a 180° view.

The terrace is mostly covered.

Capacity: 150 people (covered part).

POSSIBLE EVENTS

Seminars: Up to 80 people.

Team building and workshops (within a space of the place): Up to 60 people.

Cocktail lunches/dinners: Up to 150 people.

CATERING OFFER

For catering, we offer the good food of our committed chefs: the resident chefs of the belvedere food court.

THE CSR PROPOSAL

The whole HOBA project is based on the desire to create sustainable catering within the city.

2 actions :

- reduction of the carbon emission of the kitchens: a maximum level is set and all the dishes are tested with a carbon emission calculator.

- reduction of waste production.
