Located in the heart of Paris, we welcome you to our Pépite Paris Annexe (adjoining our original eco-location, which you can find here : Pépite Paris "The Meeting room" and its "Workshop").

The Pépite Paris Annexe is a large 75m² room + an 18m² office, the perfect space for :

- your study days,

- meetings and brainstorming sessions

- conferences

- meetings with cocktails

- your Pépite Paris team-building workshops: floral, painting, pottery, improvisation or magic shows...

Description of the spaces

The meeting room

Take advantage of this multi-purpose meeting room. This space has a number of advantages: it can be adapted to accommodate 8 to 35 people, with or without tables and chairs.

It has a small kitchenette and WC.

It is equipped with an overhead projector, a Veleda blackboard and a broadband connection.

A coffee, tea and water area where you can help yourself at your leisure.

Optional HDMI screen.

Paperboard on request.

Installation and configuration

When you hire this space, we set up the tables and chairs as you specify. We ask you to leave the room as you found it on your departure.

A cloakroom on rails is provided at the entrance.

An office (a blind room) is also included, to isolate a team or store some belongings.

The 8-person meeting room on the first floor can be reserved in advance (optional).

Catering services

Coffee, tea and water are available.

We can also arrange for a"chef à domicile" to prepare your lunch for you!

There's a kitchen area where you can serve yourself (glasses and cups), and we can supply cardboard cups for large groups (> 15).

Beforehand, we'll help you design your event and set up your gourmet breaks and buffet meals.
