THE WINTER GARDEN

Discover the Winter Garden, a cosy and warm haven of peace covering 150m² on the ground floor, offering a perfect setting all year round. With its 14 bay windows opening onto the L'Olivia walkways, this space is ideal for press conferences, informal meetings, cocktails or dinners. Let yourself be seduced by its elegant furnishings in natural tones, inspired by family homes, for a convivial atmosphere.

THE HANGING GARDEN

Just above, the Jardin Suspendu invites you to discover a 150m² Rooftop with a panoramic view over the Seine, framed by century-old olive trees. This open-air space is perfect for savouring the Parisian sunshine or organising an unforgettable evening under the stars.

THE GRAND SALON

Accessible via a footbridge, discover the Grand Salon, a 160m² space combining light and elegance, equipped to host business seminars and festive evenings. Its meticulous decor and full range of facilities guarantee the success of your meetings and events.

LE BONNY BEACH

Complementing the Grand Salon, the Bonny Beach is a 70m² private terrace that transports your guests from the Cyclades to Bali. It's a corner of paradise where relaxation on a Balinese bed and sunset aperitifs celebrate the gentle Parisian way of life.

L'EMBUSCADE

For a more intimate experience, L'Embuscade, 60m², welcomes you in a confidential setting at the back of L'Olivia. This space with its clandestine charm is perfect for evenings with a cocktail bar and karaoke, in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

LA TERRASSE A QUAI

Our latest nugget is a 3rd terrace of 200m², on the quayside at the foot of our beautiful Olivia.

Sheltered under the trees, take advantage of our guinguette with its unique atmosphere for an aperitif or even a team-building activity and other highly participative events! Available for private use in addition to either of the other areas, you'll love its size and relaxed atmosphere.
