Just 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, the Maison Pavlov is a 5-star hotel and a bistronomic restaurant at lunchtime and a gastronomic restaurant in the evening. The fully renovated 17th-century Carthusian monastery offers a refined, functional setting for your seminars, meetings and corporate events.

Open to the public in August 2021, MAISON PAVLOV is a story of the heart. Mary Henchley and Maxime Rosselin imagined and designed it with well-being and gastronomy at its centre.

Spaces available:

• The restaurant room (100m²): A bright space overlooking the garden and its swimming pool. Fully flexible to meet your needs (conference, meeting or cocktail format). We are equipped with a video projector, microphone, screen, paperboard and PRM access. For meetings, rooms must be booked the day before your arrival due to the design of our hotel and to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Capacity: 55 people seated. 60 people standing.

• The Outdoor Terrace (100m²): We have a capacity of 50 people in conference format and 100 people in standing format.

Please note that we do not have a seminar room as such. We use our restaurant room, which can be adapted and equipped to host meetings and events, etc.

In the event of a seminar, you will therefore need to book the rooms the day before to secure the catering area.

Accommodation:

We have eight rooms and suites, all with their own unique and original decor. They can accommodate up to 20 people.

Formulas available:

Cocktail dinner: 12 savoury items and 4 sweet items (cold and hot).

The menu, sent out three weeks before the event, can be adapted to suit dietary requirements. Tray and buffet service.

A 4-course menu consisting of an amuse-bouche, a starter, a main course (fish, meat or veggie) and a dessert.

A 6-course menu consisting of an amuse-bouche, a starter, a first meat course, a second meat course, a pre-dessert or cheese and a dessert.)

These formulas can be adapted to allergies and intolerances.

For lunch, a starter, main course and dessert.

Culinary entertainment options: Japanese barbecue, ham carving, etc.

To accompany your meals, we offer

Drinks package including 1 bottle of wine for 3 people, unlimited hot drinks, soft drinks and water.

Aperitif package including a cocktail or a glass of champagne.

How to get there:

Maison Pavlov is located four tram stops from Bordeaux city centre. The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. Car parks available with electric recharging point. The airport is 3km away. Very easy to get to.
