This Parisian loft has been fitted out with design and functional furniture. Several rooms are available for meetings and seminars, workshops, training courses, etc.

Theground floor is composed of a large cosy lounge with sofas and armchairs which gives a warm atmosphere.

A winter garden illuminated and enhanced by a large glass roof.

A modern kitchen designed to accommodate the best caterers in Paris! (or a Top Chef for example!)

A glass floor of more than 30m² set up to bring chic and light to the souplex, accessible by 2 distinct staircases or via a large slide.

This second level, over 160m² in size, offers multiple possibilities and spaces with different atmospheres.

4 ultra-modularspaces have been created so that you can do everything:

- a library that can be adapted into a meeting room with a large touch screen wall. Up to 15 people in a plenary session, or smaller groups at a table or in comfort format in the armchairs.

- a SportsRoom equipped with a large touch screen, a FlipBoard (electronic paperboard). For up to 15 people.

- an ingenious FabLab in a more industrial setting, with the possibility of working and tinkering together; you can evolve by creating, with the opening of the bay window, a plenary of more than 50 people.

- The ultra-design Playground for up to 8 people seated around a table or to organise a plenary session in theatre format. This space is ideal for breaks with table football, billiards or the ball pool overlooking the bar!

In short, this is the perfect space for your informal seminars!
