Large, bright living room divided between a convivial area and a TV corner (smart TV and fibre).

Fully-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. At the rear, a utility room with washing machine and iron.

A family room adapted to PRM standards and equipped with a king-size bed, air fan and storage space. It opens onto a private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.

A family bedroom on the first floor, with the same layout as the first bedroom and its own bathroom. Large dressing room and balcony with 180° views over the garden, the Piton des Neiges and the swimming pool.

2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, air circulation and storage space.

A third bathroom with bath, 2 basins and hairdryers.

What the hire includes:

Labour: people from our team to set up the event of your choice. And the layout of the space in the format that suits you best.

All areas are at your disposal, including the kitchen.

Please note that we do not have any meeting equipment on site (video projector, flipchart, etc. ....), but we will be able to offer this for hire at a later date.

No marquee-type furniture. To be added later.

For tables and chairs, we have on site :

- 14 chairs

- 2 large tables

To be arranged as you wish. We can provide you with a quotation for the delivery of additional furniture at a later date.
