To organise the ham-cutting culinary event in the best possible conditions, the team arrives one hour before the event to prepare the presentation plates.
We then stay on site while the ham is finely cut, to explain to your guests all the details of this art of Spanish gastronomy.
Our hams weigh between 7.5 kg and 8.5 kg, the ideal weight for best quality. They provide enough meat for 110-150 people.
As an accompaniment, we serve dry bread (picos de pan), as other foods such as butter, capers and gherkins reduce the quality of the ham.
