The programme:

Welcome of the participants and division into teams of 5 to 6 people.

1st part: Transparent Kayak ride - 45 minutes

2nd part: Introduction to Paddle

3rd part: Relay/Paddle race

Option: "Drunken waiters" race (if you wish, and if there is enough time only)
