These are crisis management scenarios in which all employees play a role. In an emergency post, everyone will have to make serious decisions with potentially serious consequences.
These scenarios, far removed from the world in which your company operates, will give everyone a better understanding of each other's constraints. They will have to learn to control their stress, communicate properly and manage teams, while taking crucial decisions.
Tailor-made sessions can be organised on your premises or at flight centres for groups of 5 to 25 people.
