Located in Pantin, in a former SNCF goods station, the Cité Fertile is an eco-responsible third place dedicated to the challenges of ecological transition in the city.
Covering an area of 1 hectare, the Cité Fertile aims to bring together, inspire and mobilise all sections of the public around the challenges of the sustainable city, thanks to its ecosystem and committed programming and projects.
The Cité Fertile is a place where everyone can live and work, where you can hold seminars and Team Buildings around original and responsible workshops.
9 spaces, each with its own original sub-spaces:
The Courtyard: 5,500m² of playground and green space.
Le Préau: 300m² for reinventing citizenship, taking action and getting involved.
La source: 200m² for simple, tasty dishes.
Les Halles: 6,000m² + 500m² of exhibitions and conferences to explore the future.
Les Cuves: 500m² for local production and consumption.
The Greenhouse: 800m² for experimenting with urban agriculture.
The Stables: 500m² of artisan workshops and boutiques to promote short circuits and local production.
