A socially responsible mobile escape game: Raising awareness of disability and sexism

Available throughout mainland France, at a location of your choice (teams based in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux).

The two available themes:

DISABILITY – Out of the Box:

Storyline: “You are gathered here today because your company wishes to support or establish the ‘disability initiative’ within its Human Resources department. The department is recruiting internally from amongst the company’s employees to appoint the new representatives for the initiative. You have all volunteered to form a team and take part in this project, which reflects your values and, for some of you, is a matter close to your hearts. You must convince the HR department that you have a firm grasp of the core principles of the disability initiative during an interview that will take place… in 30 minutes! To prepare for this meeting, demonstrate team spirit and efficiency by working through a new kind of resource: the Handi-Box, the Mission Handicap toolkit."

As a specialist in disability and diversity, your speaker has always worked to ensure that men and women can work within an efficient and supportive environment.

With 15 years’ experience under their belt, they advise, train and raise awareness amongst businesses on these key issues.

The Hand’Escape game offers an experience at the heart of the issue of disability through role-play scenarios and puzzles to be solved as a team. Beyond its power to raise awareness, this game, inspired by the mechanics of escape rooms, is also a genuine team-building activity.

A format that combines role-play and digital technology for an immersive and innovative gaming experience.

SEXISM:

As part of a day-long event for senior managers to analyse and share experiences on combating sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace, our speakers developed an awareness-raising game on combating sexism, under the patronage of the State Secretariat for Gender Equality and Against Discrimination.
