Paella Party : A traditional paella for your event (Lyon)

Description

A selection of traditional Paëllas in the purest respect for southern cuisine. Prepared with fresh produce, it will delight young and old alike. And add a touch of originality to your event.

At the venue of your choice, throughout the Lyon region.

Paellas are served in large 1 metre wide Paelleras!

The different Paellas available:

- Classic Paella: Rice - Chicken, prawns, squid slices and strips, small vegetables, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, onions, homemade spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Traditional paella with chorizo

- Catalan Paella without shellfish: Rice - Chicken, red and yellow peppers, onions, tomatoes, fresh peas, courgettes, saffron, onions, house spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Lobster paella: Rice - Chicken, lobster, squid strips and squid shells, mussels with and without shell, baby vegetables, tomatoes, onions, red and yellow peppers, courgettes, peas, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Fish Paella
