Painting Challenge - "The portrait of your colleague

The 1st team painting challenge on Reunion Island! Take part in a creative team-building activity all over the island, with paintbrushes in hand and a totally unusual workshop theme!

Boost your team's cohesion with this original artistic workshop! The Painting Challenge is a fun and creative experience where each participant has to reproduce the portrait of a colleague.

It's a team-building activity that strengthens communication and collaboration. But it also creates memories and, why not, vocations! Thanks to the stimulation of creativity and team spirit that this challenge brings.

Course (2 workshops to choose from) :

• Reproduce your colleague's portrait : Draw the name of a colleague present amongst you. Reproduce their portrait in paint. Then get the whole group to guess it.

For large groups (more than 15): to facilitate organisation, companies are asked to print out A4 black and white photos of their employees beforehand. On the day of the event, a draw is held to select the portrait to be reproduced, for each employee, on thick cardboard sheets. at the end, all the portraits are put together and everyone has to find out who is who.
If the group is small (15 or less): in the same room: draw lots for the first names of the duos, who must then stand facing each other to paint each other with easels to hide their work until the reveal... There will be no "guess who's who" part here, as they will all have seen each other painting. But the part where you discover your portrait is pretty funny!

• Reproduction of a collective work "The Musical Chairs of Painting": Each team must succeed in reproducing a painting/photo. Each participant has access to part of the painting and must describe it to his or her team-mates so that they can reproduce it as faithfully as possible. At the end of the time limit, the team whose painting most closely resembles the original has won!

This "Pictorial Chairs" challenge the initial idea is that each person describes a piece of the painting to their group. So that everyone can reproduce it.
We suggest you start with the idea of "pictorial" chairs: musical chairs in the painting style! In teams of 3 to 5 people (depending on the size of the group).
Each team has to reproduce a subject. A sound is regularly heard and the painting is passed on to the next person in the group, who must continue until the end.
Everyone then votes for the most successful canvas. We would therefore be using A3 canvases.
The subject can be anything (discussed with the company beforehand) or it can be painted with the company logo or emblem in the style of Klimt, Picasso, Matisse, Warhol, etc.

No need to be an art expert! It's all about team spirit and good humour!

Number of participants per workshop : from 8 to 40 participants per half-day and per workshop. Over 20 participants = 2 facilitators.

Location: at your events, company premises or at my partner venues, subject to availability.

Duration: 1h30 to 2h.
