Unleash creativity to reveal collective potential!
Make your next corporate event a moment of artistic expression: co-creation to explore and innovate as a team! Innovative, artistic and expressive team building in Paris and throughout the Ile-de-France region.
Promoting the well-being of your employees through a different experience, without any objective results, means offering a break to soothe the mind and improve efficiency at work.
As well as having a creative and fun time, creating is a real source of transformation. Creating allows employees to interact in a different way from their usual working environment and todiscover each other in a new way, generating new momentum within teams.

FORMAT & SUPPORT
Each programme is tailor-made:
- 2-hour or half-day workshops
- in small or large groups (depending on your needs and objectives).
I work with the visual arts: paints (acrylic, gouache, watercolour), inks, pastels and pencils, sometimes combining them with other artistic media such as collage, writing or photography.
No pre-requisites: the less you know, the better!
I encourage you to let go of your mind so that you can PLAY and EXPLORE and LET yourself BE SURPRISED by what comes to you.
OUTLINE for a 2-hour workshop
- Welcome participants and introduce the workshop (framework, rules: benevolence/non-judgement/no objective results)
- Time to return to oneself (a few minutes to leave at the door whatever was occupying one's mind before arriving)
- Creation time: I give the instructions as I go along, to guide and encourage people to enter into a creative process; participants are free to choose the materials provided.
- Final composition and feedback (for those who want to share something).
