BAME's values :

Solidarity: BAMe helps people on the path to employment by training them in catering, logistics and sales and helping them to overcome the barriers to employment. (mobility, health, language skills, housing, etc.)

Responsible: BAMe reduces the environmental footprint of its dishes by using washable crockery, serving vegetarian dishes and cooking only fresh, seasonal produce.

Local: BAMe creates local and sustainable partnerships with its eco-system, which includes social integration associations, local authorities, committed businesses and local producers located within a 150km radius of the kitchen.

Today: 25 people, including 9 on subsidised employment schemes

By 2025: 30 people, including 10 on integration schemes.

Complete menus served in jars for a convivial lunch during your meetings, business lunches or training sessions!

Example of a menu :

Starter: Spread of shallot confit, fried onions and thyme OR Cauliflower nuggets with sweet and sour sauce

Meat dish: Fish, courgette with garlic, sesame, ginger and rice OR Flemish poultry stew, roast potatoes

Veggie dish: Spelt risotto, leeks au gratin with Parmesan cheese OR Roast vegetables, cream of fresh goat's cheese and gourmet cereals

Dessert: Pear crumble OR Cheesecake with 4-spice grape jam

Breakfast: Drinks and delicacies for a perfect welcome!

Lunch or cocktail dinner: Homemade vegetarian and meat bites for a colourful and invigorating event! 9, 12 or 15 pieces.

Aperitif or Afterwork: Bites, dips, boards to combine gourmet pleasure and conviviality!
