La Table du RECHO is a humanist catering service that has been acting since 2019 as a social integration enterprise to support refugees in their apprenticeship to the catering professions. We cater for all your requirements, from breakfasts to cocktail parties and buffets.
Inventive market cuisine
Our recipes are refined, tasty and full of discovery, with an emphasis on plants. All our menus are concocted from local produce, the fruit of the labour of people committed to restoring a living world.
Towards long-term social and professional integration
Thanks to the guidance provided by professional chefs, we are able to pass on to our team, made up of refugees on integration schemes, the keys to a job that has a strong positive impact on people and the environment.
No social benefits without ecology
We pay particular attention to the choice of products we cook, out of respect for what nature has to offer: our fruit and vegetables are organically grown, our meat and dairy products are farm-raised and our fish is sustainably caught.
CATERING SERVICES
All our made-to-measure services are prepared in our own 300m² kitchen laboratory in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92130).
Our aim is to reconcile the image of committed, militant catering with that of a top-of-the-range service. We carefully select our porcelain and stoneware crockery to enhance your table and our recipes. Our team guarantees professional delivery, either by ourselves or by a committed, sustainable external service provider.
All our offers are adaptable, with or without service, depending on your needs and the nature of our event.

Examples of inspired events
- Nanina's buffalo mozzarella: generous braids of mozzarella, plain or smoked, produced in Paris and served with a selection of toppings.
- Man'ouché: sourdough flatbreads made in-house, filled with a mixture of zaatar, labne and tasty crudités.
- Rolls: brioche buns topped with butter and filled to order depending on the season and your tastes (lobster, prawns, poultry, tartar-style vegetables, etc.)
- Babka: soft brioches from Eastern Europe, sweet or savoury, served warm with a gourmet whipped cream.
BUFFET
An ideal format for sharing a simple moment over generous, well-balanced dishes. Our buffets are the equivalent of a full meal (around 600g per person).

All our breakfast formulas are adapted to your different needs, from the most indulgent to the most energising! The bases of our offers can be adapted to suit your tastes, and each package includes a range of fair-trade coffees, herbal teas, fruit juices and jar-brewed waters.

BREAKFAST IN JARS
Our hot and cold jars are delicious, balanced main courses (350g). They can be reheated in the microwave, bain-marie or in the oven with a little steam. We also offer starters and desserts (100 to 120g) to round off your meal.

TRANSMISSION
We provide sympathetic support to refugees on integration contracts as they work towards a professional career. On a daily basis, we try to pass on to them the keys to responsible catering, with a strong commitment to ecological issues.
VEGETAL
We highlight the richness of the plant world through original, gourmet recipes: the excellence of the products we work with is our priority! We take care to reduce our impact at every stage of production, so all our cereals and vegetables are organic and grown on local farms. Over 70% of our menus are vegetarian or flexitarian.
ORGANIC, LOCAL AND IN SEASON
100% of our produce is in season, and 80% is organic.
Our products are local, French and sourced through short distribution channels. Chocolate, citrus fruit and coffee are fair trade. We minimise their use in our recipes.
SUSTAINABLE
In our kitchens, respect for the environment is our top priority. We use new equipment for better fluid and energy management, our use of non-reusable plastic is limited to what is strictly necessary, and our cleaning products are ecological and biodegradable.

Set in this unique and lively location, with an open kitchen opening onto an intimate dining room and terrace, Le BAL Café is our humanist integration restaurant that helps refugees learn the restaurant trade.
