A passionate cook, who has set up her own cooking workshops. She specialises in recipes that combine different Creole cuisines.
She cooks essentially with local ingredients through recipes from her childhood but also with recipes from elsewhere that she adapts to her taste with a little local touch. By proposing recipes that are accessible to all.
The content of the workshop:
Creation of a typical menu! Typically Reunionese with a "fusion" touch.
Chicken Carry, Carry camarons, Rougail boucané bringelle or Ti Jacques etc... Scented rice... with a surprise touch, and many others according to your requests.
With each workshop, a starter, a typical dessert, and a drink (possibility of making an Indian drink for the originality of the workshop).
