ANTI-WASTE GOURMET MOUTHFULS:
The 2 speakers are facilitators in sustainable food and experts in environmental issues.
The culinary workshop allows for a real moment of sharing and exchange between participants. It combines theory and practice. The objective is to experiment with a more sustainable diet through simple and quick tips for a balanced and tasty cuisine.
The workshop ends with a tasting of the recipes cooked together.
The participants will cook gourmet bites that enhance the products. The products are organically grown, in season and mostly local.
They will leave with: anti-waste "bites" and recipe ideas to reproduce at home.
Facilities required on your side: A room with electricity and water nearby. Crockery (plates, cutlery, glasses)
The price includes: 2 hours of animation by 2 facilitators (+ preparation, installation and de-installation time) - raw materials for 20 participants - kitchen equipment (excluding crockery: plates, cutlery, glasses) - a practical sheet given at the end of the workshop.
