The Combi Drink food truck is a blue Volkswagen Combi with five taps (beers, punch, wines, local soft drinks) which also serves Italian ice cream and fresh fruit slushies (mango, lychee, guava). Up to 3,000 people.

Chocolate stand – chocolate fountain and hot chocolate bar.

The chocolate stand offers chocolate in all its forms: a chocolate fountain with fruit, hot chocolate with cinnamon and marshmallows, crêpes, waffles, lollipops and homemade glazed madeleines. Up to 200 people, mainland France.

FAQ – Organising your company Christmas party

When should you start organising your company Christmas party?

Ideally 3 to 6 months in advance, i.e. from September for a December event. The best venues are booked up quickly. For events with over 200 guests, allow 6 months to secure everything.

Is the company Christmas party exempt from URSSAF contributions?

Yes, subject to certain conditions. In 2026, gifts and vouchers given at Christmas are exempt from social security contributions up to €200 per employee per event (5 per cent of the monthly social security ceiling), according to URSSAF. Benefits funded by the Works Council (CSE) as part of social activities also fall under this framework.

What is the difference between a CSE Christmas party and a company Christmas party?

The CSE Christmas party is funded by the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) through its budget for social and cultural activities. The company Christmas party is organised directly by the employer, often where there is no CSE (fewer than 50 employees). The aim is the same: to celebrate employees and their families.
