Art Therapy Workshop - Vision panel Group activity

A brand new art therapy workshop for your team building, incentive or icebreaker!

A dream board or vision board is a collage of images, affirmations of dreams and desires, designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation.

It's the ideal way to get back into the swing of things, to regain momentum, involvement and the joy of contributing to the team.

Creating a vision board enables employees to project themselves into a positive future and realign themselves with their aspirations and commitment.

It's a time for creativity, cohesion, sharing and strong exchanges.

It's a personal development tool with proven results. It allows us to create new dynamics while enjoying ourselves and feeding our imagination.

The workshop allows you to highlight new ideas, choose what you want to bring into your life and create, and position yourself as the creator of your future. It can be used individually, but also collectively with work on the company's collective values.

We can offer you a 4-stage workshop:

1. Choose the theme of your Vision Board: personal (professional life, relationships, finances), collective (company challenges, work on values, motivation or respect for the environment), etc

2. Choose the medium for your board (ideally Canson paper)

3. Choose the content of the board from the many magazines available, according to your inspiration and guided by our facilitator. Cut out all the images and words that inspire you and stick them on your sheet to produce a personalised artistic creation. Felt pens are also available if you need them.

4. Everyone will be invited to present their work to their colleagues ( without going into too much detail if some of the details are too personal)

Materials provided: magazines, adverts, scissors, glue, white and coloured paper. Coloured markers.

Duration: 01:30 to 03:00 depending on the number of participants and your wishes.

At a location of your choice

Organisation: approximately 6 people per table. And 6 magazines per table.

Number of people: From 8 people. Up to 150 people (with several presenters)
