Duration: 2H workshop followed by 1H30 tasting session.
Alternate culinary workshops and complementary activities of your choice. In teams, guests take part successively in 2 to 4 activities to choose from :
The other groups will enjoy a tasting session with an expert and develop their knowledge of a gourmet product.
Groups alternate between cooking/pastry-making workshops and tastings over the course of 2 hours.
Choice of 2 to 4 activities depending on the number of participants (if more than 80 people: 4 workshops, if 45 to 60 people: 2 workshops)
Course:
Welcoming the gourmets : Guests are divided into several groups, each of which will take part in 2 activities over the course of the evening, at a rate of 1 hour per workshop.
The number of groups varies according to the number of participants.
Food preparation: Like a brigade, some groups will work together to prepare a sweet and savoury buffet. A highlight in the life of your team, combining tasty food, sharing and know-how.
The other groups will enjoy a tasting session with an expert and develop their knowledge of a gourmet product. The groups alternate between cooking/pastry-making workshops and tastings over the course of 2 hours.
Tasting: Over a carefully chosen wine (1 bottle for 3 people), still water and sparkling water, it's time to taste the fruit of your collective efforts.
End of the workshop: A coffee, tea or herbal tea is offered to round off the event.
The recipes will be emailed to you at the end of the event.
