A workshop to discover the art of herbal tea, medicinal plants and their virtues.

Course of the activity :

- Welcome, tasting of an herbal tea and presentation of the workshop

- Question and answer game on the art of making herbal tea, medicinal plants and their virtues (How many plants should I use in my herbal tea? Which plants should I use in the evening or in the morning? How do I know if I'm using the "right" plants? How long should I leave to infuse?)

- Practical workshop: make your own personalised herbal tea using medicinal plants (choose from around thirty AB and local plants from partner producers) to suit your taste. The facilitator will help each participant to make their own composition.

- Participants leave with a 30g sachet of plant mix.

- Debriefing and recommendations for use.
