Divided into teams, each participant puts on an apron and a chef's hat before positioning themselves around the work stations.
The workshop begins with a quiz where the teams compete on questions of culinary culture and score points.
Then, with the help of the kitchen equipment available and the chef's guidance, the cooking and presentation of the dishes will also be noted.
Emulsifying, gelling and cooking with nitrogen, several molecular cooking techniques will be used to create the selected menu.
At the end of the 2 hours of competition, the winning team will be congratulated and everyone will gather around the same table to enjoy the fruit of their work in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
