Pizza workshop - Pizza-making challenge Group activity

Culinary Team Building! A workshop to learn how to make your own pizzas, with a renowned pizzaiolo on Réunion Island!

Pizza finally has its own cooking workshop! And it takes the form of a real "team competition"!

2 venues to choose from:

- The Mamzelle Pizza restaurant in Saint-Denis

- The Mamzelle Pizza restaurant in Le Tampon.

Capacity: 8 to 10 people

Duration: 17H00-20H00 only

Schedules: For Saint-Denis: Mondays from 10.30am to 1.30pm or from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

For Le Tampon: Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00.

Workshop description

Candidates will be welcomed in the morning with breakfast.

We'll start with a presentation of pizza, its history and its complexity.

Candidates will then be shown the ingredients available. They will then be given the ingredients with which to top their pizzas.

Teams will be formed at random and we'll start the trials.

Candidates will have 40 minutes and a few dough pieces (depending on the number of people in each team) to try their hand.

Once they have decided on their pizza recipe, they will then have just 10 minutes to make their final pizza.

Once the time is up, the panel of judges, made up of the host and perhaps a second person, will mark the pizzas.

The winning team will go home with a gift.

All the teams will be able to take home their test pizzas.

They can be tasted on site if you wish to stay after your workshop.

Options: Welcome coffee / Drinks during the event / Cocktails and wines in the event of a tasting dinner following the workshop.
