Travels to Lyon and surrounding areas (200km) depending on the number of guests.
New concept: The Pizza Festival at home: gather your guests and the equipment comes to you to make superb pizzas with an inimitable taste.
The guests choose their toppings from a pre-established list.
Who is he?
Pizzaiolo for more than 12 years having practiced in France but also in Switzerland and Brazil.
Owner of a pizza truck and two restaurants.
Holder of several certifications delivered by the French School of Pizzaiolo and the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.
Participated in several pizza championships with the honorable place of 5th at the Mondial de la Pizza in 2012.
I travel with my professional electric oven and all my equipment from 12 people.
I also offer pizza workshops with introductory courses for individuals or companies.
