A LOVE OF OPERA - Immersion in the Palais Garnier=> All year round!

Cécile Saglia is a sublime dancer with the Paris Opera Ballet. But one evening, during an unfortunate fall, she broke her ankle. Injured for life, she had to give up her dancing career.

Refusing to leave the establishment that was so dear to her, she nevertheless managed to get a job as an usherette and sales assistant in the Palais Garnier boutique. It was there that she met Alvar Dagelsson, a famous baritone. He befriended Cécile and told her an incredible story: "The Secret Perfume of the Opera". But there was one condition: she had to share it with you!

So follow Cécile Saglia as she reveals the charms and spells hidden behind the doors of each dressing room!

Procedure

For our guided tour, we've chosen an exceptional setting, the likes of which Paris has so many... Since it was built, the Palais Garnier has been a mythical place: from the Pythia fountain to the Grand Staircase and the huge, richly decorated nave.

In 1686, at Versailles, Louise-Vivienne de Lésine, a lady-in-waiting to Madame de Palatine, the King's sister-in-law, fell in love with Kosa-Pan. She dedicated a handwritten note to this very wise ambassador of the Thai delegation: "Two enchanted hours in your company, in the Gardens of the Sun King... May this light forever be a precious consolation to you. ".

Following this meeting, Louise-Vivienne, the future Countess de Martevoy, had her moment of glory under the name of "Siamoise"... Why such a nickname? What really happened between her and Kosa Pan in the Gardens in 1686? What was this woman's destiny? These are just some of the questions that will be answered by fabulous tales... Behind each grove in Le Nôtre's gardens, the history of the splendours and excesses of the French Court is sure to fill you with wonder!
