Wine creation and cellar discovery workshop Group activity

For 2 hours, guided by an oenologist, you will learn all about wine, while having fun and playing the role of apprentice winemaker to create your own wine...

Your guide will first welcome you for a short presentation of the premises through the history of the Caves du Louvre...

You will discover the aromas and specificities of the grape varieties chosen to compose your creation.

Course of the event :

- Welcome by your sommelier for an introduction to the workshop through the sensory path,

- Beginning of the blending workshop: you will take place in the laboratory, a spectacular table made of backlit stone sheets,

- Advised by your sommelier, you will taste the different grape varieties and blend them according to your preferences,

- Once your blending sheet is finished, the sommelier will then go and blend your wine while you create your own label: either through our It'sMyWine application or in our photomatons,

- You will then get back to work on the bottling process and affix the seal with wax,

- You will leave with your fully personalised bottles!

- A sommelier to guide you throughout the workshop,

- One personalised bottle per person,

- All the necessary material to make your own wine,

- A tasting of the 5 grape varieties that will allow you to create your wine and... A glass of our selection for the road!
