Le Lieu-Dit: The ultimate event venue. 180m² of meeting space.

With access to the outdoor patio and air conditioning.

With its 7m high tiers, Le Lieu-Dit offers optimum technical facilities, including a 6x4m screen, a sound and lighting system and a stage.

It can be transformed to suit your needs: conference, presentation, debate, private evening, show room, etc.

Capacity: 110 people for a conference - 80 people for a sit-down meal - 160 people for a cocktail party.

La Place: 8 project promoters offering an original, gourmet and flexible culinary offering.

La Place is the central point of La Commune.

The diversity of the kitchens is much appreciated, as it allows you to discover different specialities according to your own tastes and constraints.

Capacity: 120 people for seated meals - 300 people for cocktails

La Bodega: A friendly, festive space with direct access to the bar. This space can be reserved for private use during the day or evening.

This welcoming space can accommodate up to 220 guests, from cocktails to dancing...

Capacity: 100 people for a cabaret - 150 people for a sit-down meal - 220 people for a cocktail party.

Le Jardin: A green setting in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, accommodating up to 250 guests for cocktails. The garden is at the heart of the entertainment. You can welcome up to 35 guests for a team-building activity, a cocktail party or a meal.

The Patio: A cool, light-filled space for a break after a plenary session, a living space for a cocktail reception, a meeting place for a sunny lunch, or an independent space for a product launch. 60m² outside.
