Location: A large gîte is located in Vernoux-en-Vivarais, 30 minutes west of Valence, 1h40 from Lyon, Grenoble and Saint-Étienne, 2h from Marseille.

Les Blaches is close enough to the village to get you there on foot (1.5 kilometres), but far enough away to be quiet!

Accommodation:

- sleeps 40, divided into a 14-bed dormitory, 8 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and a quadruple in two rooms.

- The two living rooms are on the ground floor, measuring 90 m² and 70 m².

Outside and leisure activities:

Outside we have a large bar, barbecue, bread/pizza/gratini oven, table tennis, boules/molky, etc.

A day of total immersion in nature, rich in individual and collective experiences, challenges and learning, via a head-heart-body approach, to have fun, surpass yourself, discover and reveal the solidarity and mutual aid within your team.

A little history of Les Blaches...

In the 19th century, a mill was built at Les Blaches. The workers twisted the silk thread and stayed overnight. The machines were powered by water, thanks to the Rantoine, which flows at the bottom of the property.

When the silk trade ran out of steam, the Valence diocese bought the property. The estate was then transformed into a holiday camp. More than 200 children spent their summer months here!

Since the 1980s, a succession of private individuals have run Les Blaches. They have set up a group gîte here, reinforcing the site's vocation as a place to welcome the public.

Owners of Les Blaches since 2017, our family is keen to keep this place steeped in history alive and to write new pages: welcome to our wonderful adventure!
