AN IMMERSIVE DAY TUNING INTO NATURE

A day of total immersion in nature, packed with individual and group experiences, challenges and learning opportunities, through a mind-heart-body approach, designed to have fun, push your limits, discover and foster solidarity and mutual support within your team.

06:00: Early morning wake-up

06:30–07:00: Body wake-up

07:00–08:00: Morning exploration in the great outdoors

A sensory and mindful exploration of nature. Explore the forest and its surroundings, track woodland animals, and find your way with and without a map.

08.15–09.00: Breakfast outdoors

09:00–11:30: Orienteering and activity at the finish line

Orienteering, team-building, group sporting challenges. Learning to manage stress and find solutions as a team.

11.30 am–2.00 pm: Outdoor meal cooked over a wood fire

Learning to light a fire and prepare food in the great outdoors. Taking a break to rest and recharge.

14:00– 16:30: Survival challenge

A series of themed team challenges: water filtration, edible plants, survival shelter, pushing your limits… Practical, fun and theoretical learning.

16.30–17.30: Closing rituals: centring, discussion, and reflective sharing of the day’s discoveries and experiences.

Other activities and workshops are, of course, available on site. These may replace some of the sessions detailed above.
