The Grande Salle – 90 m²

Bright and contemporary, the Grande Salle features large floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout that allows for a variety of atmospheres: lounge, meeting, cocktail reception or workshop.

It can accommodate up to 120 people for a cocktail reception, 90 in theatre-style seating, or 35 for a meeting or dinner.

Meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, cocktail receptions, after-work events, team-building activities, film shoots, showrooms, exhibitions or product launches: this is one of the venue’s most versatile spaces.

The Games Room – 70 m²

With its blend of wood and concrete, its windows opening onto the outdoors and its various workspaces and relaxation areas, the Salle de Jeu offers a warm atmosphere particularly suited to collaborative settings.

• It can accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail reception, 80 in theatre-style seating, or 25 for a meeting or dinner.

Its layout is particularly well-suited to workshops, brainstorming sessions, training courses, team-building activities and collaborative sessions.

The Listening Room – 35 m²

More intimate in nature, the Listening Room has been designed to encourage discussion, active listening and collaborative ideation. Wood, concrete, colourful furniture and natural light combine to create an environment that is both calming and creative.

• Up to 30 people for a cocktail reception, 20 in theatre-style seating or 12 for a meeting or dinner.

A particularly suitable space for small group meetings, brainstorming sessions, training sessions, interviews, discussion groups or podcasts.

The Immersion Room – 70 m²

Creative and inspiring, the Immersion Room encourages you to move beyond traditional meeting set-ups. It features a giant blackboard wall, a lounge area and modular furniture designed to encourage expression and group dynamics.

• Accommodates up to 100 people for a cocktail reception, 85 in theatre-style seating, or 30 for a meeting or dinner.

It is particularly well-suited to immersive workshops, collective intelligence sessions, brainstorming sessions, interactive training courses, strategic committee meetings, co-creation, interviews and podcasts.

A plenary hall for up to 250 people

By combining the Play Room, the Listening Room and the Immersion Room, the Maison Maurice Grimaud creates a 170 m² plenary hall. This large, light-filled and fully modular space allows you to move easily from a plenary setup to small-group workshops, a conference or a social gathering.

The Self-Expression Studio offers a different atmosphere to the other spaces in the Maison. Measuring 35 m², it is equipped with full-length mirrors, a floor suitable for physical activities and a sound system. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a cocktail reception or theatre-style seating and 12 people for a meeting.

Artistic classes and workshops, performances, rehearsals, creative team-building, wellbeing sessions, group coaching, film shoots, interviews, photo shoots or content creation can all be organised here.

The Café de la Conversation: a friendly atmosphere and networking

With its 100 m², large wooden tables, bar and natural light, the Café de la Conversation is the true heart of the Maison Maurice Grimaud.

• It can accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail reception or 40 people for a meeting or dinner.

Team lunches, breakfasts, gourmet breaks, cocktail receptions, after-work gatherings, networking events, client meetings or informal get-togethers can all be organised here. Its layout also lends itself to hybrid formats combining work, dining and relaxation.
