Meeting spaces for up to 700 people

The Les Fontaines Campus offers functional, flexible and connected workspaces, designed to encourage interaction, innovation and collaborative working.

Conferences, training sessions, workshops, strategic meetings or breakout sessions: the various rooms allow you to tailor the layout to the programme and size of your event. This versatility makes it possible, in particular, to organise multi-format seminars, alternating between plenary sessions, small-group workshops, informal breaks and group activities, without having to change venues.

A 450-seat auditorium

For conventions, conferences and major keynote speeches, the Campus features a 450-seat auditorium. The space hosts plenary sessions both in person and via live stream, and benefits from the support of a dedicated audiovisual team.

From conception through to execution on the day, the technical teams can design bespoke visual and audio environments to tailor the staging to the identity and objectives of each event.

Creative and hybrid spaces

To move beyond the traditional meeting room format, two spaces offer different working experiences.

The Creative Room is specially designed for ideation and brainstorming sessions, with an environment that fosters creativity and collective intelligence.

The Hybrid Studio, meanwhile, is pre-equipped to facilitate the organisation of hybrid or fully digital events.

This is a particularly attractive setup for organising hybrid conferences, webinars, remote presentations or events involving multiple venues.

A historic château for your receptions

Built by the Rothschild family in the 19th century, the Château adds a touch of heritage and prestige to the Campus. Today, it houses the dining areas and reception rooms. Premium small-group meetings can also be held there.

Its cosy and refined atmosphere allows working sessions to flow naturally into a dinner, a reception or a social gathering in a setting steeped in history. A winter garden complements these spaces and offers a more intimate setting for informal meetings, discussions and networking opportunities.

300 rooms in the heart of nature

The Les Fontaines Campus is particularly well-suited to residential seminars thanks to its 300 rooms, which are directly integrated into the estate. The eco-friendly accommodation is situated in the heart of the grounds, just a few minutes’ walk from the work and leisure areas.

Participants can therefore experience their entire event on a single site: meetings, catering, evening events, overnight stays, breakfast and activities.

Refined and eco-friendly dining

Gastronomy is an integral part of the experience offered at Les Fontaines. At the Château, the team creates refined, modern French cuisine with an international flair, tailored to the different stages of the event.

The catering also forms part of the Campus’s environmental approach, featuring a selection of fresh, seasonal, local, organic and/or fair-trade produce. The menus are designed in line with the site’s CSR commitments.

The Forum: a space for socialising and relaxation

The Café du Forum is another lively hub on the Campus. It allows staff to meet up over a hot drink, take a break or chat in a friendly setting with a view of the Château.

The Forum can also be adapted to host corporate meals and evening events, whilst its terrace can be transformed into a summer restaurant.

52 hectares to bring your seminar to life in a different way

One of the great assets of the Les Fontaines Campus is its 52-hectare woodland park.

Nature can be directly integrated into the event programme with ‘walk & talk’ sessions, energisers and outdoor working sessions. The aim is to take the seminar out of the meeting rooms and promote productivity, well-being at work and respect for the environment.

The park also features a pond and a particularly rich biodiversity, with around fifty species of birds, roe deer, squirrels and 50 beehives helping to preserve pollinators.

La Ferme Normande for your countryside events

To add a different atmosphere to the programme, La Ferme Normande offers a charming setting at the heart of the estate.

This space is particularly well-suited to picnics, open-air dance evenings and country-style cocktail parties, allowing you to organise a much more relaxed corporate evening after a day’s work.

For each event, Les Fontaines can provide a detailed and bespoke report on greenhouse gas emissions, and then support the company in analysing the findings and identifying areas for improvement.
