A totally unusual venue in the heart of nature, just 1 hour from Bordeaux, with seminar rooms, unusual accommodation for your guests, and plenty of outdoor space for lounging, having fun and reconnecting with nature.

Set in 3 hectares of parkland in the Charente countryside, come and enjoy the Maison des Créateurs for your next seminar or business meeting. Just 3? hours from Paris and 1 hour from Bordeaux, you'll be in a peaceful, green setting.

Here, every wall tells a story, every nook and cranny reveals a source of inspiration, and every detail is designed to nurture your entrepreneurial thoughts.

La Maison has a 170m² barn that has been converted into a shared workspace. You'll find everything you need to work and exchange ideas with others. A meeting room for 1 to 30 people.

An upstairs room of 40m², a lounge, a library area, individual offices facing the pond, shared kitchen...

- Accommodation: = 24 people

• 3 Chalets, in the heart of nature to welcome everyone in a relaxing setting = 2 to 4 people/chalet
  - 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, kitchen and living room in each chalet. Recently built in 2019.
  - Quality furnishings and fittings. Work with French and eco-responsible brands
• 1 Gîte: In a Charente farmhouse, a 90m² flat. sleeps 4 to 8 people
  - Dormitory with 6 single beds upstairs (or 3 double beds)
  - 2 single beds on the ground floor (or 1 double bed)
  - Separate kitchen, storeroom, large shower room, lounge, terrace
• 1 Tiny house: A tiny house hidden at the bottom of the garden between the pine trees. Uninterrupted view of the vineyards. sleeps 1 to 2 people
  - 1 double bed on the mezzanine floor and 1 sofa bed in the living room, convertible into a small extra bed
  - Shower room, separate WC and kitchen area
• 1 cabin: A unique cabin in France, entirely designed on site with attention to detail. sleeps 1 to 2 people
  - 1 double bed on the mezzanine floor and 1 sofa in the living room, convertible into a small extra bed
  - Shower room, desk, mini-stove, kitchen area and an escape game to solve...

- A communal area called "**la Grange":
- An old barn renovated into a 170 m² communal space, fully equipped for working
- Large communal areas
- A 40m² upstairs meeting room with screen for up to 20 people or yoga/sports room (mats available),
- A library corner with games, books and comics available
- Toilets with PRM access
- Acoustic booth for making calls
- Kitchen with catering facilities
- Communal kitchen with unlimited tea and coffee, just like at home
- Lounge area with large sofa, footstools, armchairs and wood-burning stove for winter evenings

- A 3-hectare park, a little paradise in the countryside, set between vineyards, woodland and a pond.
