Business Game Challenge – Step into the shoes of a CEO

Will you be able to succeed, stepping into the shoes of a business leader, during your next team-building event in Nantes?

The Business Game puts participants in the shoes of business leaders.

Concept

Divided into teams, each represents a competing company with a budget that it must manage throughout the simulation.
In each round, the teams must define their development strategy: invest more in business development, strengthen their technical teams, innovate, or find the best balance between growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

How it works

The simulation takes place over three fictional years.

Every 30 minutes, a new year begins and new events alter market conditions: new constraints, opportunities, unforeseen events or economic developments.

Teams will need to constantly adapt their strategy to remain competitive against their rivals.

This exercise promotes decision-making, strategic thinking, resource management, communication and teamwork in a competitive yet friendly atmosphere.

Venue: company premises, function room or partner venue
