Employees prepare a menu in 3 stages under the guidance of chef Emilie before sharing a convivial meal.

• Top Chef Challenge - 01H30

Participants create a menu in several teams from a surprise basket, then share the meal, punctuated by a fun vote from the jury. In this workshop, participants are divided into at least 2 teams and cook a starter-main course or main course-dessert based on a surprise basket and a set theme. A jury, made up of a few participants from each team, determines the winning team for each dish.

Each workshop ends with a sit-down meal served at the table.
