Built in the 18th century, this former lime-producing site has been converted into a holiday estate; today, Château de Cop Choux is a charming guest house dedicated to business clients. A 9-hectare park classified as a historic site, featuring ponds, a primeval forest and a castle that has been carefully and fully renovated. Far from run-of-the-mill venues, this is a place with real character, where work takes on a whole new meaning.

An exceptional setting

- An 18th-century château with its industrial history still visible: a lime kiln, access ramps, Roman bridges and a medieval calvary
- A 9-hectare park classified as a historic site, part of the ZNIEFF2 zone: protected animal and plant species

• 17 rooms sleeping a total of 54 guests, spread across areas with evocative names:
• 9 Premium rooms with en-suite bathroom and toilet,
• 6 Comfort rooms with a shared bathroom on the landing
• Le Pavillon: lounge, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom
• The Tiny House
  Up to 42 beds in single configuration for groups on residential seminars.

Catering

Frédéric Perez, our resident chef, offers bespoke, generous and locally sourced cuisine, drawing on the best of the Loire region and working with a network of committed artisans and producers. Short supply chains, an eco-friendly approach, and catering for all dietary requirements. Every meal is a moment of sharing, enjoyed indoors or in the grounds of the château, depending on the season.
